用代号为9011和9013两种药剂分别处理春花生种子,进行密闭贮藏,早春播种后继续进行非密闭贮藏,翌年在实验室和田间进行比较试验。结果表明,药剂处理的种子出苗率比未处理的高,与秋花生种子相当,产量高于没有药剂处理的春花生种子和秋花生种子;药剂处理时间越长,与对照比较效果越显著;药剂处理密闭贮藏的春花生种子经一段时间后进行非密闭贮藏,仍能有效保持种子活力;秋花生种子早季播种发芽率高,但以后种子活力下降快,应及早处理。研究指出,药剂处理的春花生种子可取代秋花生种子在生产上推广应用。
Spring peanut seeds were treated with two kinds of medicament code 9011 and 9013, respectively, and were stored in airtight storage. After sowing in early spring, the peanut seeds were continuously stored in airtight storage and compared in the laboratory and field in the following year. The results showed that the emergence rate of the seed treated by the agent was higher than that of the untreated seed, equivalent to that of the autumn peanut seed, and the yield was higher than that of the spring peanut seed and the peanut seed without the agent. The longer the agent was treated, the more obvious the effect was. The treatment of aseptic storage of seeds of peanut after a period of time aseptic storage, still can effectively maintain seed vigor; autumn peanut seed germination rate in early planting, but after the rapid decline in seed vigor should be dealt with as soon as possible. The research pointed out that the seeds of peanut treated with pesticides can replace the autumn peanut seeds in the production of popularization and application.
