目的 探讨微波局部照射用作全身热疗的可能。方法 对17 例肺癌和2 例食管癌患者用 U H R915 微波治疗机进行胸部加温治疗,治疗期间采用瘤内或支气管内及直肠内测温观察。结果 所有测温点的温度几乎平行上升,45 ~60 分钟内升温0 .036 ~0 .078 ℃/min ,支气管内平均最高温度达40 .1 ℃,直肠内达40 .2 ℃。副作用以心动过速较明显,个别患者有小面积轻度灼伤。结论 U H R915 微波治疗机进行胸部加温时可使全身温度上升,对心脏毒性影响并不严重,因而有用作全身热疗的潜在可能。
Objective To investigate the possibility of microwave local irradiation as a whole body hyperthermia. Methods Thirty-seven patients with lung cancer and two patients with esophageal cancer were treated with U H R 915 microwave therapy machine for chest heating. During the treatment period, intracranial or intrabronchial and intrarectal temperature measurements were performed. Results The temperature of all temperature points rises almost in parallel, and the temperature rises within 45 to 60 minutes. 036 to 0. At 078 °C/min, the average maximum temperature in the bronchus reached 40. 1 °C, up to 40 in the rectum. 2 °C. Side effects are more pronounced with tachycardia, and individual patients have a small area of mild burns. Conclusion U H R 915 microwave therapy machine can increase the temperature of the whole body when the chest is warmed, and has no serious effect on the cardiac toxicity. Therefore, it can potentially be used as a whole body hyperthermia.
