巯基化合物对DNA电离辐射损伤的防护作用已由熔解温度(Tm)值的变化,比粘度改变和模板活性改变得到证明。本文报告在有氧和缺氧条件下半胱胺和2-巯基-丙酰-甘氨酸(MPG)对离体照射的中国田园细胞DNA单链断裂的诱发与修复的影响。
The protective effect of mercapto compounds on DNA ionizing radiation damage has been demonstrated by changes in the melting temperature (Tm) value, specific viscosities and changes in template activity. This article reports the effects of cysteamine and 2-mercaptopropionyl-glycine (MPG) on the induction and repair of single-stranded DNA breaks in Chinese idiopathic cells under aerobic and anoxic conditions.
