In order to systematically examine the biological characteristics of strains obtained after protoplast regeneration and UV mutagenesis of G. lucidum, especially the growth characteristics of solid and liquid culture in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of these strains. Based on the preliminary selection of strains obtained by regeneration and mutagenesis of protoplast from Ganoderma lucidum, 24 strains, which are more morphologically different than the original strain, were selected for plate and liquid culture.
