目的:观察恶性肿瘤的心脏自主神经功能的临床意义。方法:2002年6月至2005年1月,对36例恶性肿瘤组和36例正常组进行心率变异性时域分析。结果:恶性肿瘤组与正常组比较,SDNN(67.53±20.69)ms,(132.72±25.15)ms,SDANN(57.61±19.52)ms,(111.50±27.19)ms,r MSSD(17.72±9.72)ms,(35.17±8.17)ms,PNN50(5.00±5.45)%,(14.70±5.65)%,前者的心率变异性明显低于正常值(P<0.01)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者病变程度越重,其自主神经功能受损、心率变异性降低越明显。
Objective: To observe the clinical significance of autonomic nerve function in malignant tumors. Methods: From June 2002 to January 2005, the time-domain analysis of heart rate variability was performed on 36 malignant tumors and 36 normal controls. Results: Compared with the normal group, the positive rates of SDNN (67.53 ± 20.69) ms, (132.72 ± 25.15) ms, SDANN (57.61 ± 19.52) ms, (111.50 ± 27.19) ms, 35.17 ± 8.17) ms, PNN50 (5.00 ± 5.45)% and (14.70 ± 5.65)%, respectively. The former had significantly lower heart rate variability than the normal value (P <0.01). Conclusion: The more severe the patients with malignant tumors, the autonomic dysfunction, the more obvious decrease of heart rate variability.
