目的 :研究反映调节骨代谢的骨钙素 (BGP)、降钙素 (CT) ,以及CT对慢性肾功能不全 (CRF)高血压的作用。方法 :选择CRF患者 3 2例 ,正常对照者 2 5例 ,均测定空腹血BGP、CT及肌酐 (SCr)、内生肌酐清除率 (CCr)、血钙 (Ca)和磷 (P)。结果 :CRF患者血清CT浓度与其CCr呈负相关 ,而BGP与其CCr呈正相关。结论 :CRF患者血清BGP、CT的监测对于钙代谢及肾功能的评价 ,肾性骨病的产生及预后 ,以及透析对CRF患者钙磷代谢的影响等方面的研究 ,具有较高的临床意义
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of osteocalcin (BGP), calcitonin (CT), and CT on chronic renal failure (CRF)-related hypertension that reflect bone metabolism. Methods: Serum BGP, CT and creatinine (SCr), endogenous creatinine clearance (CCr), serum calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) were measured in 32 patients with CRF and 25 normal controls. Results: Serum CT concentration was negatively correlated with CCr in CRF patients, while BGP was positively correlated with CCr. CONCLUSIONS: The monitoring of serum BGP and CT in CRF patients is of great clinical significance for the study of calcium metabolism and renal function, the occurrence and prognosis of renal osteodystrophy, and the influence of dialysis on the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in patients with CRF
