已经注意到很多血液病都有轻度至中度的胎儿血红蛋白(HbF)升高,包括先天性再生不良性贫血、难治性贫血、“先天性”恶性贫血、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿、遗传性永久性HbF、地中海贫血综合征和镰状细胞性贫血。青年型慢性粒细胞性白血病和其他型的儿童白血病,HbF浓度也增高。本文对6例再生障碍性贫血,年龄在21~66岁,6例急性粒细胞性白血病,年龄16~66岁,3例慢性粒细胞性白血病,年龄58~74岁,以及成年人缺铁性贫血,进行血液学观察和HbF的各种检查,并做了骨髓培养。结果:除1例急性粒细胞性白血病外,其余各例急性白血病人及全部再障病人,HbF都超过正常值。全部病人HbA_2值正常。全部再生障碍性贫血和白血病病情缓解时,HbF一律减低。本组资料说明成骨
It has been noted that many blood diseases have mild to moderate elevated levels of fetal hemoglobin (HbF), including congenital aplastic anemia, refractory anemia, “congenital” pernicious anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, Hereditary HbF, Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anemia.
