人力资源管理作为企业管理工作中重要的环节,受到企业足够的重视,企业核心竞争力的体现也源于人力资管管理。我国《劳动合同法》的实行影响力当前企业的人力资源管理情况。本文就新劳动法实施后对企业人力资管原理的影响和对策进行深入简出的分析探索,希望能够对企业的发展能够有积极正面的影响。
