研究了利用光谱法对制备不浸酸铬鞣剂C-2000反应的氧化还原动力学特征,以及在不同条件下有机酸配体的引入对配合物结构的影响及变化规律。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度高于SO2的浓度,反应有可能要在1min左右才能达到平衡;在温度很低的情况下,如5℃左右,氧化还原反应也能以较快的速度进行;酸度的增加能加快氧化还原反应的速率。有机配体甲酸根的引入,吸光度有增大趋势,吸收峰位有不同程度的偏离。温度较高时,更有利于酸根进入配合物内界,甲酸根进入配体的速度加快。
The redox kinetics of the reaction of chrome tanning agent C-2000 prepared by spectrophotometry and the effect of organic acid ligands on the structure of the complex were studied under different conditions. The results show that the concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) is higher than the concentration of SO2, the reaction may be about 1min to reach equilibrium; in the case of low temperature, such as about 5 ℃, the redox reaction can also be carried out at a faster rate ; The increase of acidity can accelerate the rate of redox reaction. The introduction of organic ligand formate, the absorbance tends to increase, the absorption peak have different degrees of deviation. Higher temperature, more conducive to the root into the complex acid, formate into the ligand to speed up.
