数据显示,2015年,我国移动阅读市场规模达到101亿元人民币,同比增长14.3%;与此同时,电子书产业发展迅速,据亚马逊调查显示,过去三年,KINDLE电子书品种有12倍的增长,越来越多的出版社愿意开始拥抱数字出版,尝试网络营销,开拓收费阅读市场。一方面,传统出版业收到严重挤占,数字出版,移动阅读、付费阅读蓬勃兴起;另一方面,国家积极推进税收体制改革,文化体制改革,出版企业面临新的机遇与挑战。在新的形势下,加强出版企业的财务管理,必须立足新环境,开拓新思维,试行新办法,走出一条生存发展的新路子,下面从以下四个方面谈谈如何加强出版企业的财务管理。
