人老了某些功能就要衰退,但对老龄飞机来说,它的结构完整性必须与新机一样,不能老化,因此须采取一些措施来保证老龄化过程的平稳进行。多数飞机制造商把飞机的服役年限定为20年,凡超过此规定的即称为老龄飞机。根据1988年的一次老龄飞机国际会议的认定:有22种运输机型属于老龄飞机,其中有L-1011、A-300、BACl-11、F-28、DC-8、DC-9、DC-10、B707、727、737、747。据统计截至1995年5月,这些机型中(8123架)的39%可以称为老龄飞机。
Someone with old functions is going to decline, but for the older aircraft, its structural integrity must be the same as that of a new aircraft. Therefore, some measures must be taken to ensure the smooth progress of the aging process. Most aircraft manufacturers set the service life of an aircraft to 20 years, and any aircraft exceeding this requirement is called an aging aircraft. According to the 1988 International Conference on Aged Planes, 22 types of transport belonged to older aircraft, including L-1011, A-300, BACl-11, F-28, DC-8, DC-9, 10, B707,727,737,747. According to statistics, up to May 1995, 39% of these aircraft (8,123 aircraft) can be called aging aircraft.
