被猫抓伤致狂犬病较为罕见,现将结果简报如下。 患者,黄××,女,63岁,农民,系四川省德阳县杨家公社万丰大队2队社员。于1982年5月15日被猫抓破双手,出血不多,伤口未进行处理,稍红肿,后自痊愈,未接种人用狂犬疫苗。杨家公社系狂犬病流行区,此猫于4月初被当地狂犬咬伤。 抓伤后于7月16日起发病,自觉发热、头痛、头晕,精神不振,肢体麻木,多涎,心慌,偶尔抽搐,拟诊为“重感冒”。于7月19日收入德阳县第一人民医院治疗。入院后病情
