目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)后室性心律失常的演变特点。方法 对 14条采用闭胸式微珠法建立犬AMI模型后的室性心律失常进行了分析。结果 观察到在急性期有 7条犬因急性室性心律失常或急性左心衰死亡。存活的 7条犬在 4 8h内室性异位搏动总量达到最大 ,4 8h后逐步减少 ,在 7h后明显减少 ,15h后基本恢复。结论 在AMI的亚急性后期或慢性期 ,心外膜下存活的心肌对缺血状况的适应有个改善的过程
Objective To investigate the evolvement of ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 14 cases of ventricular arrhythmia after AMI model were established by closed-chest microbead method. The results observed in the acute phase of seven dogs died of acute ventricular arrhythmias or acute left heart failure. The total number of viable ectopic beats of the seven surviving dogs reached the maximum within 48 hours, gradually decreased after 48 hours, decreased significantly after 7 hours and recovered basically after 15 hours. Conclusions There is an improved course of adaptation of epicardial myocardium to ischemic conditions during subacute late or chronic AMI
