目的对贫血患者血液进行分析,评估血液检验对贫血的鉴别诊断效果。方法将2014年5月至2016年5月的50例贫血患者纳入研究。其中巨幼贫患者17例,设为巨幼贫组。缺铁性贫血33例,设为缺铁组。另选健康者50例作健康组。对比三组的血成分。结果巨幼贫组红细胞体积比健康组大,缺铁组红细胞体积比健康组小(P<0.05)。巨幼贫组、缺铁组的红细胞分布宽度比健康组高(P<0.05)。巨幼贫组、缺铁组的血红蛋白含量比健康组低(P<0.05)。巨幼贫组的血红蛋白浓度比健康组高,缺铁组的血红蛋白浓度比健康组低(P<0.05)。结论不同的贫血类型其血液成分变化有所差异,血液检验可以了解血液成分的变化,有助于鉴别诊断贫血类型。
Objective To analyze the blood of patients with anemia and evaluate the differential diagnosis of anemia by blood tests. Methods Fifty anemic patients from May 2014 to May 2016 were included in the study. Among them, 17 cases were young and juvenile poor, which were set as megaloblastic poor group. Iron deficiency anemia in 33 cases, as the iron deficiency group. Another 50 healthy people as healthy group. Compare the blood composition of three groups. Results Compared with healthy group, the volume of erythrocytes in megaloblastic poor group was larger than that in healthy group (P <0.05). Compared with healthy group, the distribution width of erythrocytes in megafat poor group and iron-deficient group was higher (P <0.05). Compared with healthy group, the hemoglobin content in the megaloblastic poor group and the iron deficiency group was lower (P <0.05). The concentration of hemoglobin in megaloblastic / oligophosphate group was higher than that in healthy group, and the hemoglobin concentration in iron-deficient group was lower than that in healthy group (P <0.05). Conclusion Different types of anemia have different blood components. Blood tests can understand the changes of blood components and help to differentiate the types of anemia.
