在新世纪教师专业化的历史潮流下,中小学教师如何实现从传统的“教书匠”到“专家型教师”的转变,是教师专业化发展对教师科研能力的理性诉求;鉴于对中小学教师科研现状的理性审视,我们发现:缺失的科研权利,被蚕食的科研时间,呈萎缩态势的科研空间,已经严重影响中小学教师的科研意识和兴趣,抑制了教师科研的主动性和积极性,束缚了教师科研的创造性;构建教师科研的良好环境对教师专业化发展有重大意义。
Under the professional trend of teachers’ specialization in the new century, how primary and secondary school teachers realize the transformation from the traditional “teacher” to “expert teacher” is the rational appeal of teachers’ professional development to the teachers’ ability of scientific research. Primary and secondary teachers, the status quo of scientific research, we found that: the lack of scientific research, eroded research time, shrinking situation of scientific research space, has seriously affected the primary and secondary teachers of scientific research awareness and interest, inhibit the initiative of teachers and scientific research Enthusiasm, restraining the creativity of teacher research; building a good environment for teacher research is of great significance to the professional development of teachers.
