目的研究一种青钱柳叶组方(QQ-1)对糖尿病模型大鼠的治疗作用,为其开发提供实验依据。方法以高脂饲料合并链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,选取50只造模成功的大鼠分为5组,连续6周分别给予蒸馏水、青钱柳叶组方低、中、高剂量[58.5、117、234 mg(/kg·d)]和吡格列酮口服,观察青钱柳叶组方对模型大鼠的体重、血糖值、胰岛素含量、糖化血红蛋白含量、糖耐量、胰岛组织的影响。结果连续6周口服给予青钱柳叶组方后,与模型组比较,青钱柳叶组方中剂量组、青钱柳叶组方高剂量组的体重增加,血糖分别下降至(17.22±2.46)和(16.85±1.93)mmol/L,血清胰岛素含量升高至(11.55±2.58)和(12.55±1.96)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白含量降低至(7.67±1.54)和(7.38±1.34)g/m L,血糖曲线下面积减少至(33.69±6.33)和(29.74±5.80),胰岛组织损伤减轻。吡格列酮组糖尿病各项指标均有明显改善。结论青钱柳叶组方可促进糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素分泌,降低血糖值及糖化血红蛋白的含量,改善糖耐量受损,减轻胰岛β细胞的损伤,具有良好的开发前景。
