随着对该研究的进一步深入和完善,平衡计分卡已经被世界大多数企业采纳和运用,并取得了很好的效果。本文选取上海一家国有大型企业——中国太平洋保险集团公司为代表,试图以平衡计分卡的基本方法,对其旧的绩效考核体系进行重新构建和完善。
With further deepening and perfection of this research, Balanced Scorecard has been adopted and applied by most enterprises in the world, and has achieved good results. This paper selects a large state-owned enterprise in Shanghai, China Pacific Insurance Group as the representative, trying to balance the scorecard’s basic method to reconstruct its old performance appraisal system.
