目的 :了解住院糖尿病病人膳食营养素摄入情况和营养状况。 方法 :对我院 5 1例住院糖尿病病人进行了膳食调查、人体测量及部分实验室检查 ,对热能、营养素摄入情况和食物构成进行分析 ,并对病人的营养状况进行综合评价。 结果 :病人每天总热量摄入偏低 ,热能分配不尽合理 ,碳水化合物和优质蛋白质偏低 ,钙、锌、硒、视黄醇、硫胺素、核黄素等低于中国营养学会推荐的供给量标准 ( RDA)。病人营养状况评价结果也不尽如人意 ,综合看只有约 30 %营养状况正常 ,其余均存在不同程度的热量 -蛋白质营养不良。 结论 :认为住院糖尿病病人应增加膳食种类 ,在合理控制总热能的前提下 ,适当提高碳水化合物的摄入量 ,增加乳类、蛋白类、瘦肉和水产品、新鲜蔬菜的摄入 ,提高对膳食纤维的认识 ,以便合理调整饮食 ,科学搭配
Objective : To understand the dietary nutrient intake and nutritional status of inpatients with diabetes. METHODS: The dietary survey, anthropometry and some laboratory tests were performed on 51 diabetic patients in our hospital. The thermal energy, nutrient intake and food composition were analyzed, and the nutritional status of the patients was evaluated comprehensively. Results: The patient’s total caloric intake per day was low, the heat energy distribution was not reasonable, carbohydrates and high-quality protein were low, calcium, zinc, selenium, retinol, thiamine, riboflavin, etc. were lower than recommended by the Chinese Nutrition Society. Supply standard (RDA). The nutritional status of patients was not satisfactory. In general, only about 30% of the nutritional status was normal. The rest had different levels of calorie-protein malnutrition. Conclusion: It is considered that hospitalized patients with diabetes should increase their diets. Under the precondition of reasonable control of total heat energy, they should appropriately increase the intake of carbohydrates and increase the intake of milk, protein, lean meat, aquatic products, and fresh vegetables.
