在当今世界电子信息时代,一个国家现代化的程度主要看计算机利用率的高低,一个企业也是如此。 近年来有许多人在研究煤炭机修行业应用电子计算机进行辅助生产管理的方案,但至今还没有听说有什么最佳方案。因此,笔者将自己近年来研究此方案的一点实际经验总结出来供同行们参考。 由于煤炭机修行业的生产特点是以零配件为主,多品种、小批量、反复生产,周期较长,而且必须根据用户要求的品种和时间供货,生产组织复杂。生产计划的制定主要凭经验进行估计,难以进行综合平衡和统筹安排,因此计划缺乏科学根据,无法有效地协调企业内外各方面的活动,真正成为生产经营活动的依据。生产计划管理人员的大部分精力和时间都耗费在大量的重复劳动之中。根据这种情况,我们研究出利用计算机辅助生产管理的初步方案。
In the current era of electronic information in the world, the degree of modernization of a country mainly depends on the level of computer utilization, as is the case of a business. In recent years, many people are studying the application of computer-aided coal production management program in the coal machine repair industry. However, no best solution has been heard so far. Therefore, I will put myself in recent years to study this program a little practical experience summed up for their colleagues for reference. As the coal machine repair industry is characterized by the production of spare parts, multi-species, small batch, repeated production, longer cycle, and must be based on user requirements of the species and time of delivery, production complex organization. The formulation of production plans is mainly based on experience. It is difficult to carry out overall balance and overall planning. Therefore, the plan lacks scientific basis and can not effectively coordinate various activities both inside and outside the enterprise and truly becomes the basis for production and operation activities. Much of the effort and time of the production plan manager is spent on a lot of repetitive work. Based on this situation, we have developed a preliminary scheme for using computer-aided production management.
