本文报道了应用邻磺酸基苯偶氮若丹宁 ( o- SBAR)试剂流动注射分光光度法测定钯的新方法。以 ( 1 + 1 )的磷酸溶液为载液 ,试剂 o- SBAR与钯 ( )在反应管道内迅速反应生成桔红色的络合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 52 1 nm。大量的碱金属、碱土金属及常见有色金属离子不影响 ,除 Au3+ 和 Ru3+ 干扰外 ,其他贵金属离子也有一定的允许量。此方法进样频率为 81次 /小时 ,测定钯 ( )的线性范围为 0 .1~ 4.0 μg/m L,检出限为 0 .0 1 8μg/m L。应用于钯碳催化剂中钯的测定 ,结果满意
In this paper, a new method for the determination of palladium by flow injection spectrophotometry using o-SBAR reagent was reported. With (1 + 1) phosphoric acid solution as the carrier liquid, the reagent o-SBAR reacted rapidly with palladium () in the reaction tube to form a orange complex with a maximum absorption wavelength of 521 nm. A large number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals and common non-ferrous ions do not affect, in addition to Au3 + and Ru3 interference, other precious metal ions also have a certain amount of allowable. The injection frequency of this method was 81 times / hour. The linear range of palladium () was 0. 1 ~ 4.0 μg / mL with a detection limit of 0.018 μg / mL.
