采用有限元分析方法对AZ91镁合金半连续铸坯圆棒试样自由锻过程进行了数值模拟,得到了压缩过程的应力—应变关系、载荷—位移曲线,分析了相关机理,并进行了实验验证。对模拟和实验得到的应力—时间曲线、应变—时间曲线和载荷—位移曲线进行了比较,分析了两者的误差范围。结果表明,模拟结果同实验结果基本吻合,模拟结果可信。
The free-forging process of the round bar specimen of AZ91 magnesium alloy semi-continuous cast slab was numerically simulated by finite element analysis. The stress-strain relationship and load-displacement curve of the compression process were obtained. The relevant mechanism was analyzed and verified by experiments . The stress-time curves, strain-time curves and load-displacement curves obtained by simulation and experiment were compared, and the error range of the two was analyzed. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and the simulation results are credible.
