14-3-3蛋白是在所有真核细胞中广泛表达的一类高度保守的酸性蛋白家族,主要通过磷酸化依赖的方式与靶蛋白结合从而发挥其调控作用。到目前为止,我们已经发现14-3-3蛋白能与超过300种蛋白质相互作用,几乎参与细胞的所有重要生理、病理过程。14-3-3蛋白在受精卵和卵母细胞中既与通道蛋白、烟碱乙酰胆碱受体相互作用,又参与信号转导、细胞凋亡和细胞周期的调控并且在精子的发生中发挥重要作用。本文主要对14-3-3蛋白在生殖细胞中的可能功能作一简要介绍。
The 14-3-3 protein, a highly conserved family of acidic proteins widely expressed in all eukaryotic cells, plays a regulatory role mainly in binding to target proteins in a phosphorylation-dependent manner. So far, we have found that 14-3-3 proteins interact with more than 300 proteins and are involved in almost all important cellular and pathological processes. 14-3-3 protein interacts both with channel proteins and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in fertilized eggs and oocytes, as well as in signal transduction, apoptosis and cell cycle regulation and plays an important role in the development of spermatogenesis . This article mainly gives a brief introduction of the possible functions of 14-3-3 protein in germ cells.
