对固溶态与冷作态的Incoloy800H、Inconel625、B 315、FN 2和3165种波纹管材料的试样在H2SXO4(连多硫酸)及H2SXO4+15%NaCl溶液中进行了应力腐蚀开裂敏感性测定。结果表明:在H2SXO4中,只有Incoloy800H材料的试样发生了应力腐蚀开裂,且固溶态试样发生开裂的时间较冷作态长,其它材料试样均未发生应力腐蚀开裂。除Incoloy800H外的材料在15%NaCl+H2SXO4溶液中继续浸泡一定时间,试样仍未发生应力腐蚀开裂,但有点蚀现象产生,且同种材料冷作态的抗点蚀的能力优于固溶态的,不同材料的抗点蚀能力,依次为Inconel625、B 315、FN 2和316,逐渐降低。
The stress corrosion cracking susceptibility of Incoloy800H, Inconel625, B 315, FN2 and 3165 kinds of bellows materials in solid solution and cold condition were tested in H2SXO4 and H2SXO4 + 15% NaCl solution. The results show that in the H2SXO4, only Incoloy800H material samples have stress corrosion cracking, and solid solution state cracking time is longer than cold state, other material samples are not stress corrosion cracking.
