针对煤矿主井或副井在换绳过程中,提出了以变频器为控制核心,基于以太网及Modbus通讯的自动化控制技术改造方案。系统将速度、频率、电压、电流、高度等参数融为一体,根据提升机速度、钢丝绳速度变化情况,确定最优控制策略,实现换绳过程中的自动控制以及远程监控。
In the process of changing the main shaft or auxiliary shaft of a coal mine, an automatic control technological transformation program based on the inverter and the Modbus communication is proposed. The system integrates parameters such as speed, frequency, voltage, current and altitude, and determines the optimal control strategy according to the speed of the hoist and the change of wire rope speed so as to realize the automatic control and remote monitoring in the process of changing rope.
