目的 :为了解决基层部队饮食卫生中熟食刀、板及餐具消毒问题。方法 :根据紫外线的消毒原理 ,研制出一种紫外线消毒箱 ,以大肠杆菌 ( 80 99)为指标菌 ,观察消毒箱对染菌后不同样品的消毒效果 ,同时对现场应用效果进行监测。结果 :染菌后的菜刀、菜板放入此消毒箱中作用 5min、低浓度 ( 10 % )血清保护时作用 5~ 10min ,均可达到 99.8%以上的杀灭效果 ;而温度和湿度对消毒效果无影响 ;通过现场使用及监测 ,杀菌效果与实验结果基本一致。结论 :该紫外线消毒箱消毒效果可靠 ,作用时间短 ,是基层连队饮食卫生保障中一种较好的装备
Objective: In order to solve the problem of food hygiene in cooked food knives, plates and tableware disinfection of grassroots units. Methods: According to the principle of UV disinfection, a UV disinfection cabinet was developed.
