日前,承德市总工会下发文件,要求承德市所辖各企业,不论企业效益、规模和性质,都要推行一线职工参与工资集体协商制度。企业都要结合本单位实际制定《一线职工参与工资集体协商制度实施细则》,并提交本单位职代会(职工大会)讨论通过。在此前,承德市政府办公室出台的《工资集体协商考核办法(试行)》中,把各企业落实一线职工参与工资集体协商情况,列入了市政府每个年度对县区政府的百分考核体系中。
