随着我国高层和超高层建筑的发展,大直径钻孔灌注桩被普遍采用,但是如何能更大限度地节约桩基成本,缩短施工工期,有效地增强质量稳定性和提高单桩承载力,是建筑业探索的新问题。文中通过二个工程实例对在软土地区应用该技术的经验做了简单介绍。从两幢高层的Q-s曲线和沉降曲线可以明显看出,对于软土地区桩端持力层细粒土的长灌注桩(L>40m)承载力增幅一般在35%左右,由此即可减少布桩或缩短桩长
With the development of high-rise and super high-rise buildings in our country, large diameter bored piles are widely used, but how to save the cost of pile foundation to a great extent, shorten the construction period, enhance the quality stability effectively and increase the bearing capacity of single pile, Is the construction industry to explore new issues.
