目的在震灾救援的应急状态下,为指挥机关及应急处置人员的决策指挥、防疫救援提供全面、快速、科学的辅助决策和技术支持,从而加快救援速度和提高救援效率,以及减少震灾引发疫病爆发流行的概率。方法基于地理信息系统技术,结合震灾卫生防疫应急专业救援的特点及方法。结果系统的灾情信息、应急响应、决策指挥、现场处置4个功能在Windows平台上成功完成了初步实现。结论利用GIS地理信息辅助决策系统,可以快速完成应急响应、人员抽组、快速机动、现场处置、组织指挥,大大加快了救援速度,最大程度地减少灾害损失。
