新课程倡导教师树立特色意识,形成个性化教学。我想,教师教学的创造性首先应该体现在对教材的处理上。一般来说,教材往往把知识以定论的形式直接呈现在学生面前,学生看到的只是思维的结果(即结论),而看不到思维活动的过程。在平时的教学过程中,我不太主张上计算机课非得带书不可,应该让课本上的知识“活”起来。打个比方,导演对剧本的处理是一种再创造,同样,教师并不是教材和参考书的“留声机”,而应能针对学生的心理特点和已有知识,对教材进行科学、艺术的处理,形成可操作的教学思路,这也是一个再创造的过程,重要的是“用教材教,而不是教教材”。
