采用非离子型有机高分子壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为模板剂,在模拟生物矿化环境的体系中制备出稳定的梭形碳酸铈颗粒,研究了试验参数,如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚浓度、CeCl3浓度、加料方式及PH值对碳酸铈颗粒形貌的影响,并利用XRD对所制得的碳酸铈颗粒进行物相分析。结果表明:利用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的乙氧基长链控制Ce2(CO3)3晶核沿有序方向生长,从而诱导Ce2(CO3)3形貌从无规则片状堆积向梭形转化;通过调控实验参数,得到了均匀稳定的分散性良好的梭形Ce2(CO3)3颗粒,其结构为Ce2(CO3)3·8H2O。
Using nonylphenol nonionic polyoxyethylene ether as templating agent, stable fusiform cerium carbonate particles were prepared in a simulated biomineralization system. Experimental parameters such as nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether Concentration, CeCl3 concentration, feeding method and PH value on the morphology of cerium carbonate particles were investigated. The phase composition of cerium carbonate particles was analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the growth of Ce2 (CO3) 3 nucleus was controlled by the ethoxy long chain of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to induce the morphologies of Ce2 (CO3) 3 from random platelet to spindle By controlling the experimental parameters, the uniform and stable spinel Ce2 (CO3) 3 particles with good dispersibility were obtained and the structure was Ce2 (CO3) 3 · 8H2O.
