KAI1/CD82是近年来发现并分离出的一个新的肿瘤转移抑制基因,属于TM4SF(transmembrane4superfamily)家族成员,能与多种转录因子结合,调节基因转录。
KAI1 / CD82 is a new tumor metastasis suppressor gene discovered and isolated in recent years. It belongs to TM4SF (transmembrane4superfamily) family members and can bind with a variety of transcription factors to regulate gene transcription. Studies have shown that, KAI1 / CD82 in the cell membrane with a variety of integrin molecules, epidermal growth factor receptor composed of complex, through PKC, IP4 and other signaling channels to mediate cell adhesion, so that tumor cells can not easily separated from the primary tumor Inhibit the function of metastasis, inhibit the migration of tumor cells and the proliferation of metastatic sites at the same time, so as to inhibit the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells. This review summarizes the structure, mechanism of action of KAI1 / CD82 gene and its significance in inhibiting tumor metastasis.
