在建筑业逐步走向低污染、低能耗、可持续发展道路的国际形势下,传统的CAD模式和技术已经难以满足建筑业信息化发展的要求。BIM技术能实现数据信息的交流和共享,能提高信息传递的完整性和及时性,在工程项目中的应用可以提高生产质量、降低成本,这些优势符合建筑业信息化发展的需求。文章从BIM的内涵出发,阐述了BIM技术在建筑工程项目各阶段的具体应用,结合BIM系列软件在实际工程中的应用,提高BIM理念在工程相关人员中的认知度,并对我国的BIM研究和推广提供参考。
Under the international situation that the construction industry is moving towards a path of low pollution, low energy consumption and sustainable development, the traditional CAD models and technologies have been hard to meet the requirements of the informatization of the construction industry. BIM technology can achieve the exchange and sharing of data information, can improve the integrity and timeliness of information transmission. The application in engineering projects can improve the production quality and reduce the cost. These advantages are in line with the development of information technology in the construction industry. Based on the connotation of BIM, the article expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in all stages of construction project, and in combination with the application of BIM series software in practical engineering, enhances the recognition of BIM concept in engineering-related personnel, Research and promotion for reference.
