通过实验法对洛阳理工学院08级网球选项课学生体质变化进行研究,研究结果显示,通过网球选项课的学习,大学生肺活量和握力有显著提高,下肢力量、耐力和柔韧性变化不大。建议在课程中结合网球专项练习提高这些方面的身体素质。
The experimental results show that there is a significant improvement in the lung capacity and grip strength of undergraduates in tennis class. The strength, endurance and flexibility of the lower limbs have little change. It is advisable to improve the physical fitness in these areas by combining tennis practice with the course.
