我国公路建设与占用土地资源的矛盾越来越突出,特别是东北农耕区,地势平坦,绝大多数公路路堤为两侧取土填筑,占用了大量基本农田。降低路基高度是减少占地的重要手段之一。通过分析路基高度偏高的历史和技术等原因,分析路基高度与路基土方数量及横向占地面积之间的关系,论述了降低路基高度的技术可行性,并给出了经济合理性分析的基本思路。
The contradiction between highway construction and land occupation in our country is more and more prominent. Especially in northeast farming area, the terrain is flat and the vast majority of road embankments take earth and fill on both sides and occupy a large amount of basic farmland.
