SAPO-34分子筛是甲醇制烯烃过程中一种性能非常良好的催化剂,但是SAPO-34对催化甲醇的效果欠佳,所以要对其适当的改性。本文着重介绍了SAPO-34的金属改性,同时也介绍了水蒸汽处理,高温氮化处理和酸处理对SAPO-34分子筛的性能的影响,经过改性后,其低碳烯烃的选择性和寿命得到了提高。分析表明,抑制副产物丙烷和长链烷烃的产生是提高烯烃选择性的主要办法。
SAPO-34 molecular sieve is a very good catalyst in the process of methanol-to-olefins. However, SAPO-34 has not good effect on catalyzing methanol, therefore, it should be properly modified. This article focuses on the metal modification of SAPO-34, and also introduces the influence of steam treatment, high temperature nitriding treatment and acid treatment on the performance of SAPO-34 molecular sieve. After modification, the selectivity of light olefins and Life expectancy has improved. Analysis shows that inhibition of by-products of propane and long-chain paraffins are the main ways to increase the selectivity of olefins.
