在我国的航空制造行业中,有很多的加工需要我们重点关注和注意,只有不断的解决和处理航空制造行业的加工过程中的难题,才能够不断的推动我国航空制造技术的发展,才能够促进我国航空制造行业的创新以及持续发展。目前在我国的航空制造行业中,薄壁机匣专用零件的加工制造具有非常大的加工制造难度,给我国的航空制造行业的发展带来了非常大的隐患,严重地威胁着我国航空制造行业的发展,同时也对我国的航空事业起到了一定的安全威胁。文章针对航空制造业中出现的航空薄壁机匣加工难题,根据现场实践,进行理论分析和实践总结,结合现场实践对于航空薄壁件的加工提出了一些有效的加工方法,在刀具的优选,切削参数的优化方面进行研究,为解决航空薄壁机匣的加工提供了有益的思路。希望通过文章的阐述以及分析能够有效的提升我国航空制造加工行业对于薄壁机匣零件的加工质量以及加工效率,同时也为我国的航空制造行业的进一步提升以及发展贡献力量。

Currently in China’s aviation manufacturing industry, the processing and manufacturing of thin-walled casing special parts has a very large manufacturing difficulty, which brings great hidden dangers to the development of China’s aviation manufacturing industry and seriously threatens China’s aviation manufacturing industry Development, but also to our aviation industry has played a certain security threat. In this paper, aiming at the machining problem of aeronautic thin-walled casing appearing in the aviation manufacturing industry, according to the field practice, theoretical analysis and practice are summarized, and some effective processing methods are put forward for the processing of aviation thin- Cutting parameter optimization aspects of research, to solve the aviation thin-walled casing processing provides a useful idea. It is hoped that the elaboration and analysis of the article can effectively improve the processing quality and processing efficiency of the thin-walled casing parts of the aviation manufacturing and processing industry in our country, and at the same time, contribute to the further promotion and development of the aviation manufacturing industry in our country.
