目的探讨研究冠心病患者的Hcy及内皮祖细胞功能及表达水平方面的相关性。方法对2009年1月~2010年12月间本院收治的42例冠心病患者的Hcy及内皮祖细胞水平进行了回溯式分析,并与对照组患者的因子水平进行了对比研究。结果研究组患者的血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(14.2±5.1vs9.6±3.3,umol/L)。在研究组患者的循环内皮祖细胞数量(57.4±11.5vs92.6±16.0,cell/ml)、体外培养的内皮祖细胞数量(32.7±8.2vs56.2±9.3)方面均有显著降低(P﹤0.05)。在外周血内皮祖细胞的粘附能力、迁移能力、增殖能力方面。研究组患者的水平均有所下降且显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论血浆半胱氨酸Hcy与冠心病之间具有密切联系,检测血浆Hcy水平对于冠心病的提前预防、临床诊断和治疗具有一定的临床价值。在体内状况,Hcy与内皮祖细胞的关系目前尚未完全探明。结果所观察到冠心病患者Hcy与外周血EPCs数量呈负相关联系。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Hcy and endothelial progenitor cell function and expression in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The Hcy and endothelial progenitor cell levels of 42 CHD patients treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of the control group. Results The level of plasma Hcy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (14.2 ± 5.1 vs. 9.6 ± 3.3, umol / L). The number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells (57.4 ± 11.5 vs 92.6 ± 16.0, cell / ml) and the number of endothelial progenitor cells cultured in vitro (32.7 ± 8.2 vs. 56.2 ± 9.3) in study group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). In the peripheral blood progenitor cells adhesion ability, migration ability, proliferation ability. The level of study group patients decreased and was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and coronary heart disease (CHD). Detecting plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level has some clinical value for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. In vivo, the relationship between Hcy and endothelial progenitor cells is not yet fully explored. Results The observed Hcy in patients with coronary heart disease and the number of peripheral blood EPCs was negatively correlated.
