中小企业是我国市场经济的重要组成部分。目前,中小企业普遍面临融资难的问题。本文在梳理分析国内外学者对中小企业融资研究的基础上,加入了一些新的衡量指标进行中小企业融资影响因素的实证研究,建立了相对科学和完善的指标体系。根据实证结果,本文对中小企业的融资现状和融资影响因素进行了分析,并提出了现阶段缓解中小企业融资难的办法。 Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China’s market economy. At present, SMEs generally face the problem of financing difficulties. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on SME financing, this paper adds some new measures to empirically study the influencing factors of SME financing, and establishes a relatively scientific and comprehensive index system. According to the empirical results, this paper analyzes the financing status of SMEs and the financing factors, and puts forward the current measures to ease the financing difficulties of SMEs.
