利用箱式炉制备了Ni60-WC/Cr12MoV双金属复合材料,研究了界面的组织和性能。结果表明:Ni60-WC粉末与Cr12MoV棒料在1120℃保温1.5h,炉冷至400℃后空冷的条件下烧结后,过渡区界面明显,无孔洞、杂质等缺陷;过渡区宽度约600μm,过渡区显微硬度在974.00~390.00HV,呈梯度分布;界面结合强度达191MPa,接近Ni60-WC的抗拉强度。
The Ni60-WC / Cr12MoV bimetallic composite was prepared by a box furnace, and the microstructure and properties of the interface were studied. The results show that the interface between the Ni60-WC powder and Cr12MoV is annealed at 1120 ℃ for 1.5h and the furnace is cooled to 400 ℃ and air-cooled. The interface of the transition zone is obviously without defects such as voids and impurities. The width of the transition zone is about 600μm, The microhardness of the zone is in the range of 974.00 ~ 390.00 HV with a gradient distribution. The interfacial bonding strength reaches 191 MPa, which is close to the tensile strength of Ni60-WC.
