目的:研究阳春砂仁种子质量检验方法,为阳春砂仁种子检验规程和质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:参考国际植物种子检验规程和农作物种子检验规程的方法对不同产地阳春砂仁种子质量进行测定。结果:阳春砂仁净度分析送检样本最少500 g,试验样本最少50 g;真实性检验采用种子外观形态比较;质量测定采用百粒法;含水量测定采用高温烘干法3h;发芽前处理采用湿沙贮藏20 d后,用100 mg.L-1 GA3浸泡种子30 h,发芽以滤纸作发芽床,在30/20℃变温条件下萌发,发芽首末次计数时间为15~50 d;生活力测定采用TTC染色法。结论:初步建立了阳春砂仁种子扦样、净度分析、真实性鉴定、质量、含水量、发芽及生活力7项指标的检验方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the quality test methods of the seeds of Amomum villosum and provide the basis for the establishment of the test rules and quality standards for Amomum villosum seeds. Methods: The quality of the seeds of Amomum villosum in different habitats was determined with reference to the International Plant Seeds Inspection Regulations and Crop Seed Inspection Procedures. Results: The purity of erigeron villosum was at least 500 g, the minimum 50 g in the test sample, the comparison of the appearance of the seeds in the authenticity test, the one hundred seeds method in the determination of the quality, the drying method at high temperature for 3 h, the pre-emergence treatment After being stored in wet sand for 20 days, the seeds were soaked in 100 mg.L-1 GA3 for 30 h, germinated with filter paper as germination bed and germinated under the condition of 30/20 ℃ temperature. The first and last counting time of germination was 15-50 days. Force measurement using TTC staining. CONCLUSION: The test method of seven indicators of seed germination, clarity analysis, authenticity identification, quality, water content, germination and viability was established preliminarily.
