随着低碳经济发展理念的提出和不断推进,能源消费碳排放问题已经成为全球关注的焦点和研究的热点。以浙江省为例,利用化石能源消费数据对CO2排放量进行测算,利用扩展的Kaya恒等式对二氧化碳排放量进行分解,再利用平均对数迪氏指数分解法(LMDI)进行分解,进而最后提出降低二氧化碳排放量及降低能耗强度的对策和建议。
With the development and promotion of the concept of low-carbon economy, the issue of carbon emissions from energy consumption has become the focus of global attention and research hotspot. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, CO2 emissions were calculated using fossil energy consumption data. Carbon dioxide emissions were decomposed by the extended Kaya identity and then decomposed by mean logarithm of Dexter’s index decomposition (LMDI) Countermeasures and Suggestions on Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Intensification of Energy Consumption.
