作者报告了对使用 Lippes loop 妇女的免疫球蛋白的研究结果。参与研究的80名妇女被分为4组,每组20名。对照组于置环前取血;A 组于置环3天后取血;B 组于置环6个月后取血;C 组于置环12个月后取血。所有参与研究的妇女血红蛋白均高于60％,用放射免疫扩散法测血清免疫球蛋白G、M、A 含量。结果表明血清免疫球蛋白 A(IgA)含量:对照组为90～395mg/dl(平均20.15±96.45mg/dl);A组为115～355mg/dl(平均193.5±66.89mg/dl);
The authors report the results of studies on immunoglobulins in women using Lippes loop. The 80 women participating in the study were divided into 4 groups of 20. The control group received blood before the ring was set; in group A, blood was taken 3 days after the ring was placed; in group B, blood was taken 6 months after ring setting; and in group C, blood was taken 12 months after ring setting. The hemoglobin of all the participating women was higher than 60%, and the contents of immunoglobulin G, M, A were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the serum immunoglobulin A (IgA) content was 90 ~ 395mg / dl in the control group (average 20.15 ± 96.45mg / dl), 115 ~ 355mg / dl in group A (average 193.5 ± 66.89mg / dl)
