铸造行业是机械工业的耗能大户,能耗高、能源利用率低、污染严重、经济效益差制约了铸造行业的发展。本文分析了铸造行业发展现状,从熔炼、造型制芯技术与装备、使用低应力铸铁件、铸态球墨铸铁件等方面阐述了铸造行业行之有效的主要节能技术及其应用。
Foundry industry is a large energy-consuming machinery industry, high energy consumption, low energy efficiency, serious pollution, poor economic efficiency has restricted the development of foundry industry. In this paper, the development status of the foundry industry is analyzed. The main energy-saving technologies and their applications in the foundry industry are elaborated from the aspects of smelting, molding core technology and equipment, the use of low-stress cast iron parts, cast ductile iron castings and so on.
