在分析双离合器自动变速器的典型结构及工作原理的基础上,利用面向对象的图形化系统仿真分析软件EASY5,建立了典型湿式双离合器动力换挡的自动变速器及其控制系统的动力学模型,并与采用传统的手动变速系统的车辆对比, 进行了加速性能的仿真分析,研究了车辆换挡过渡过程中影响换挡品质的主要因素及其改进措施。为这种新型的自动变速器在我国的推广和应用研究提供了一些基本的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the typical structure and working principle of dual clutch automatic transmission, the dynamic model of a typical wet dual clutch power shift automatic transmission and its control system is established by using the object oriented graphical system simulation software EASY5 Compared with the vehicle with the traditional manual transmission system, the simulation analysis of the acceleration performance is carried out. The main factors affecting the shift quality and the improvement measures are studied. It provides some basic theoretical basis for the promotion and application of this new automatic transmission in our country.
