为从分子水平上区分“川中岛”桃Prunus persica‘Kawanakajima’及其芽变,以川中岛桃及其芽变为材料,在分析其表型特征和观察物候期的基础上,采用SRAP分子标记技术,对其遗传稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,川中岛及其芽变的主要表型差异表现在成熟期提前等方面;选择25对引物进行PCR扩增,仅在2对引物中检测到3条多态性片段,说明川中岛及其芽变遗传物质没有发生较大变异,本研究中所得到的多态性片段可能与物候期的结构基因有关,或者与这些基因的表达调控有关。
In order to distinguish “Prunus persica’Kawanakajima” and its buds from “Kawanakajima” from the molecular level, using the Kawanakajima peaches and their buds as materials, based on the analysis of their phenotypic characteristics and phenological observation, SRAP Molecular marker technology, its genetic stability were studied. The results showed that the main phenotypic differences of Kawasaki Island and its buds were in the aspects of maturity advancement, and 25 pairs of primers were selected for PCR amplification. Three polymorphic fragments were detected in only two pairs of primers, indicating that Kawanakajima and The budding genetic material did not change significantly. The polymorphic fragments obtained in this study may be related to the structural genes of phenology or to the regulation of the expression of these genes.
