采用高效液相色谱技术对烟叶和土壤中二氯喹啉酸的残留检测方法进行了研究。烟叶和植烟土壤采用0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液提取、乙酸乙酯液-液分配,用石墨化碳和弗罗里硅土混合固相萃取小柱净化。烟叶和土壤中添加水平为0.05~2.00 mg/L时,其平均回收率分别为79.4%~94.9%和92.9%~108.2%,相对标准偏差分别为8.1%~12.9%和5.5%~9.6%,说明该方法具有前处理方法简便快速、成本低、准确度和精密度高,可为稻-烟轮作系统中烟叶和土壤中二氯喹啉酸的残留检测和归趋研究提供参考。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the residues of quinclorac in tobacco and soil. The tobacco leaves and tobacco-planting soil were extracted with 0.05mol / L sodium hydroxide solution and the liquid-liquid ethyl acetate was partitioned with a solid phase extraction cartridges of graphitized carbon and Florisil. The average recoveries of tobacco leaves and soil were 79.4% -94.9% and 92.9% -108.2%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 8.1% -12.9% and 5.5%-9.6%, respectively, at 0.05-2.00 mg / L. This method is simple, rapid, low cost, accurate and precise. It can provide a reference for the detection and regression of quinclorac in tobacco leaves and soil in rice-tobacco rotation system.
