目的:分析良恶性甲状腺结节的超声征象及甲状腺影像报告和数据系统分级对甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年4月至2015年4月期间在我院经过手术病理证实的74例甲状腺结节的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其超声特征并应用数据系统分级对甲状腺结节进行分级,观察不同分级患者的准确性。结果:50例恶性中包括28例乳头状癌,16例滤泡状癌,6例髓样癌;24例良性中包括14例结节性甲状腺肿大,7例腺瘤,3例,腺瘤样甲状腺肿大。超声诊断的敏感性为92%(46/50),特异性为87.5%(21/24),准确率为90.5%(67/74),不同的分级诊断的准确率不同。结论:良恶性甲状腺结节的超声征象及甲状腺影像报告和数据系统分级对甲状腺结节的诊断准确率和特异性均较高,具有应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the sonographic features of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and the diagnostic value of thyroid imaging report and data system for thyroid nodules. Methods: The clinical data of 74 patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasound features were observed and the thyroid nodules were graded using data system Grading, observe the accuracy of different grading patients. RESULTS: Twenty-eight cases of papillary carcinoma, 16 cases of follicular carcinoma and 6 cases of medullary carcinoma were included in the 50 cases of malignancy. Among the 24 cases, benign nodules included 14 cases of nodular goiter, 7 cases of adenoma, 3 cases of adenoma Like a goiter. The diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound was 92% (46/50), the specificity was 87.5% (21/24) and the accuracy was 90.5% (67/74). The diagnostic accuracy of different grading was different. Conclusion: The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of benign and malignant thyroid nodules with ultrasound signs and thyroid imaging reports and data system grading of thyroid nodules are high, and have application value.
