运动和药物处置的相互作用是一个重要课题,本文概括了运动对药物在体内吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的影响,以及这些过程怎样改变限流药和限容药在生理活动时的药动学。运动时肌肉血流量增加,肌注药物的吸收也增加;内脏血流量减少,致大多数药口服后吸收减少。运动时血浆蛋白浓度增加致限容性药游离更少,结合增多,分布容积就更小。运动时限流药清除率减少,限容药物清除率增加。训练性运动可改变限流药物的药动学参数。
The interaction between exercise and drug handling is an important issue. This article summarizes the effects of exercise on the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs in the body and how these processes alter the pharmacokinetics of the current-limiting and drug-limiting drugs at physiological activities . Exercise increased muscle blood flow, intramuscular injection of drug absorption also increased; visceral blood flow decreased, resulting in the majority of drugs decreased absorption after oral administration. Increased concentration of plasma proteins during exercise results in less free-limiting drug. With more binding, the volume of distribution is smaller. Movement time limit flow drug clearance decreased, limited capacity drug clearance increased. Training exercises can change the pharmacokinetic parameters of the current limiting drugs.
