日企“以人为本”的教育思想以及企业制度建设等工作方法对湖南企业思想政治教育工作具有巨大的借鉴作用。经济转型时期湖南企业思想政治工作发展面临着瓶颈,文章通过对日企发展的各种有利因素进行论述,总结日企员工教育的一般经验,从制度、组织、文化环境等方面分析湖南企业思想政治教育发展的制约因素,为做好湖南企业思想政治教育工作的进一步发展提供理论支持。
