介绍了一种石蜡提金的无污染替代工艺。这是基于液态石蜡(熔融态石蜡)对金粒的粘附现象及在矿浆冷却之后从脉石矿物中分离。经热力学稳定性分析证实了工艺的可行性,并与混汞法提金作了比较。实验是用品位为11g/t的重选金精矿来进行的。研究了一些可变因素如石蜡的含量、pH值和浮选捕收剂成基钾黄药的用量对金回收率的影响。可得到高于40%金回收率。
A non-polluting alternative process of paraffin extraction is introduced. This is based on the adhesion of liquid paraffin (molten paraffin) to the gold particles and their separation from the gangue minerals after the pulp has cooled. Thermodynamic stability analysis confirmed the feasibility of the process, and compared with the aurum method of gold extraction. The experiment was conducted with a re-selected gold concentrate of 11 g / t. The effects of some variables, such as the paraffin content, pH value and the amount of ketotoboride-based flotation collector on gold recovery, were investigated. Above 40% gold recovery is available.
